Housing Is The Foundation

we build everything else around it

This is More
than Housing

We serve the woman who falls between systems — employed, responsible, and essential to her community, yet structurally unsupported by both subsidized housing and the private market.

Our model combines professional housing operations with structured tenant support to create long-term stability — not just short-term placement.

We partner with developers to operate below-market housing within new residential developments, ensuring that working women have access to stable, high-quality homes.

Across Metro Vancouver and the Tri-Cities, thousands of working women are being priced out of stable housing.

They earn too much to qualify for subsidized support.

They earn too little to sustain market rents.

And there is no system designed specifically for them.

This is not a small gap — it is one of the fastest-growing segments of housing insecurity.

Homebound was built to close it.
